Car hire is not essential. We can arrange airport transfers for those wishing to take a break from driving, you will find absolutely everything you need for your perfect holiday within easy walking distance of the apartment.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
There is a twice weekly maid service. Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week when the apartment is cleaned.

The spacious private terrace has outdoor dining table and chairs and comfy outdoor sofa & armchairs, enabling you to make the most of stunning sea views. The apartments large communal swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and terraces. Complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas are provided, and the pool area benefits from a well stocked poolside snack bar serving a varied selection of food and drinks - a great place for relaxing, drinking chilled cocktails while sitting on bar stools in the water!
The nearest sandy beach is just a 500 metres stroll, and the vast array of shops, stylish boutiques, bars and restaurants of the Old Town are within a few minutes walking distance.
Coast/Beach
There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the large golden beaches, there are more intimate beaches such as those at Sao Rafael and Castelo. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great walks.
Golf
The nearest golf course, Victoria Golf Course, is 7 km from the hotel. Many other courses such as the Balaia Golf course (nine holes), Salgados Golf Club, and Pine Cliffs, Golf and Country Club are a short drive away. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Location
Albufeira is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Albufeira Old Town. The big supermarkets, Modelo and Lidl, are a 10 minute drive. Albufeira has an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines. There are two big water parks. Slide and Splash about 25 minutes drive, Aqualand is 20 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 15 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre is also 15 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants.

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We meet and greet you, and provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
Should you arrive after 9 pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. Baby cot and high chair are provided by prior arrangement. We also have reliable English babysitters who will care for your children during the daytime or evening if you should require some time without the kids! Please ask for details.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible to suit flights etc. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10am.
Booking notes
A holding deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required to reserve your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150 (fully-refundable) is required, pre-paid for any breakages or damage, which shall be returned on your return from holiday providing no damage has occurred.
