Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the bustling little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Vale do Milho Golf Course being a very short walk away, and many other Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The villa is immaculate throughout and very comfortable. The light and airy lounge /dining room is air conditioned with TV and wood burner. Patio doors lead to the terrace and lawn, offering stunning views.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both are air conditioned. The Master bedroom also has a safe and doors to the terrace. There is a separate family bathroom. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
There is a well-appointed kitchen, fully fitted with microwave oven, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
The house is self catering. Toilet paper will be left for the first day, and a bin bag too. You will need to bring or purchase more.
Also, please note that charcoal for the Barbecue is not provided, but you can buy in all local supermarkets.
Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
There is an independently owned pool on the complex that Clube Golfemar guests may use, subject to the following conditions:
-The pool area is free of charge to use.
-Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm;
-Sunbed rental is available for 5 euros per sunbed, per day;
-It’s not permitted for any person(s) to bring sun beds or chairs into the pool area;
-There is no obligation to use a sunbed;
-Anyone choosing not to use the sun beds provided can lay on the grass in the designated area provided;
-No food and drink can be consumed in the pool area unless purchased from the Lighthouse Restaurant. Snacks and drinks for babies and toddlers are permitted.

Living Rooms - Spacious sitting room with TV. Two seater sofas, side table, bookcase and wood burning stove. Rectangular wooden dining table with six wooden chairs. Hatch through to kitchen. Patio doors lead to the terrace.
Kitchen - Fully appointed kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, large fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedrooms - Master en suite bedroom with queen size bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning, and access to the terrace and garden. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, en-suite shower room and air conditioning.
Bathroom - The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with basin, WC, and shower cubicle. Also a family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin set in a vanity unit.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, this is included in the rental cost.
Leading from the sitting room and master bedroom terraces, the villa has a small private south facing lawned area, bordered by a hedge. There is also a roof terrace with panoramic sea views sweeping across from Lagos to Armação de Pêra. Four sun loungers, two recliners, a freestanding barbecue and outdoor table with 5 chairs are provided. The onsite communal pool is just a short walk away.
There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Centianes, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marinha, Benagil, Carvalho and Albandeira. Carvoeiro beach is approx. 25 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
The Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is just a short walk away. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
The villa is a 4 mins walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Rocha Brava tennis centre is only 250m away. The local town, Carvoeiro, has an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines. Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.

As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We meet and greet you, and provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.

Sep 2022 We had a lovely stay in this lovely accommodation. The villa itself was perfect for us - there is plenty of space and the garden was perfect for our young son to play in securely. The roof terrace was perfect to watch the sun come up/go down and it was such a peaceful location. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of, everything we needed was in the villa. The pool area was lovely - very clean and plenty of sun beds, a smaller pool for the little ones and a good sized pool for adults and a great little pool bar. The location was fine for us as we had a car so we had the freedom to drive to where we wanted to go. There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay, we had a brilliant holiday - Thank you Susie x

AUG 2021. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. It's super spacious, nice with its 2 bathrooms, great quality/price.
Our stay at Casa Ana has been great. The house is very welcoming, spacious and clean. It made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. It has beautiful views from the living room and the garden, which sitting in the evenings makes it ideal for reading or relaxing. The urbanization is very quiet, away from noise, even from other neighbours. The kitchen is very well equipped, complete with appliances and utensils. Good hot and cold water pressure in the bathrooms, electric blinds throughout the house, wifi, television with exclusively English channels, etc... The community pool closes early, at 17:30 local time and is solitary and clean, etc,... Communication with the owner has been smooth and correct. All this has made our stay very pleasant, to be repeated...
Lovely, clean and well equipped villa. Location is good, very quiet area, communal pool, and you can walk to bars, restaurants, or a small drive to beach and supermarkets, so best of both worlds.

Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with outdoor space. Well-kept community with only seasonal amenities however. Several nearby restaurants to choose from and a small well stocked grocery store. A 25 minute walk to the lovely town of Carvoeiro with many more restaurants, stores and market. Great hikes along the cliffs and many beaches nearby.
