Boa Vista Apartment – Luxusapartment mit Gemeinschaftspool, Albufeira

Jul 2022 We had a great holiday here . The house is really well equipped with beautiful views across the town out to the sea. The steps to the house were challenging but worth it !

Aug 2022 The villa was in a perfect area which was lovely and peaceful the views were good too , restaurants locally were also great so overall 5 star holiday , only one comment is there was only one toilet roll in each bathroom and no washing up liquid in the kitchen , minor things but necessary .

July 2022 - Brilliant apartment and great host!

July 2022 - Hi Susie we loved the apartment.  Location was perfect for us quiet with short walk into town and similar walk to the marina around 15 mins. Loved the fact it had two balconies front and back. Kitchen had all the utensils, crockery which we needed. Bedrooms were a good size and pull out sofa handy. We had a lovely time and thanks for being so accommodating.

The accommodation has met our expectations! it is well located and very well cared for and has absolutely all the household utensils you may need to make a comfortable stay.

This property and the property owner were simply amazing. Left nothing to chance. Could not have been any better

The apartment was lovely. Especially liked the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, so even when in the kitchen the view was to be enjoyed. The detailed info regarding how to find the apartment and get the key was clear and worked perfectly. The kitchen was way better equipped than most places we have rented before with plenty of crockery, pans and a variety of glasses. The hot water system and air con worked perfectly and the black out shutters always a bonus. The dishwasher and washing machine meant that it was an easy place to stay with minimal effort. Only one small element - the balcony is in full sun all day until about 5pm so a large parasol would have been appreciated. However, we managed with a little beach parasol we found in one of the cupboards.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, good furniture and linens. Kitchen was well-equipped. Pool was wonderful. Underground secure parking made it very easy for us to get to the other parts of town. Nice location with grocery a close walk. I would highly recommend the apartment!

Lovely spacious and kitted out apartment with a sea view.

We enjoyed our stay at Susie’s place. Location is good. About a 10 minute walk from the main beach, uphill which isn’t surprising for the Algarve! The immediate area has some construction work at the moment but it didn’t disrupt our stay too much. The apartment complex itself wasn’t busy, but there was some noise from the adjoining apartments at night which was noticeable. Parking is available in the complex. The sea view from the balcony is great.

Located on the 2nd floor of 3, 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms ideal for 2 couples or friends. Small quiet residence and only 10 minutes walk from the seafront with entertainment bar (located high above the seafront, not recommended for people with reduced mobility). 

Susie is a great host, prompt responses to any questions made for a enjoyable experience as a first time Airbnb user. The appartment is clean and spacious with amazing views and has everything you could need for self catering. Local supermarket was a good size and easy walking distance. Local town bars and cafes were only minutes from the appartment and although we did use the pool on several occasions the beach in Albufeira is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property and location.

This is a fabulous apartment, very clean and has is really nicely decorated, it is in a great location to walk to the old town is less than 10minutes, Susie was so helpful when we were booking the accommodation and with directions ect would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment with a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean. We were together and our goal was to go on holiday by car to see the beautiful beaches and coves. In the evenings we enjoyed the lovely views from the balcony and it was just a short walk on foot for a glass of wine and a meal of fish ? in a nice restaurant. The apartment was super and the location very peaceful, and nevertheless very Central, only 7 minutes’ walk to the Centre or the beach. Underground garage available. Everything worked out and people were all super nice ?The apartment is super equipped with everything you need.

Boa Vista Apartment is a lovely, clean, modern and fresh place to stay in Albufeira. The flat had everything we could need (and more). It was clean, spacious, bright and well located. We had a lovely view of the sea and down over the old part of Albufiera and it is easy to walk to the old town in five to ten minutes and the beach in about 10 minutes. Booking, correspondence and communication and queries was efficient and easy. We would definitely recommend this flat and would happily return.

FR: Bonjour, L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos. Il est parfaitement équipé, propre, spacieux, agréable et la vue est magique. Léger bémol : pas de chaines TV francophones (à part TV5 et une chaine d'info ...) comme c'est souvent le cas à l'étranger. Nous avons loué une voiture, indispensable selon nous pour visiter les localités et avoisinantes. L'aéroport de Faro est à 40 minutes. Les routes sont bonnes, les plages superbes (Sao Rafaele, Santa Eulalia). La plage do Peneco (la plus proche) est moins dépaysante que les autres donc nous changions chaque jour. C'était notre premier séjour au Portugal et nous en sommes ravis ! Il y a une certaine quiétude qui émane de ce pays ... ça fait un bien fou. Suzan est une interlocutrice très conviviale et professionnelle. Merci :-) Nous recommandons l'appartement sans hésitation.

EN: Hello, the apartment is exactly the same as the photos. It is perfectly equipped, clean, spacious, nice and the view is amazing. Slight downside: no French TV channels (apart from TV5 and a string of info...) as is often the case abroad. We rented a car, essential in our opinion, to visit the locality and surrounding areas. Faro airport is 40 minutes away. The roads are good, the beaches (Sao Rafaele, Santa Eulalia). The (nearest) Peneco beach is less exotic than the others so we change every day. This was our first stay at the Portugal and we are thrilled! There are some peace that emanates from this country... it's amazing. Suzan is a very friendly and professional contact. Thank you :-) We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a nice stay in Albufeira! The communication with Susan was great, and the appartment was big enough and very clean.

Brilliant location, lovely apartment, great communication from booking to stay. Location is brilliant walking distance to marina , walking distance to old town with lots of bars and restaurants. Apartment is lovely the view from the balcony is great. The bedrooms are spacious the kitchen had everything we could need. The only slight down side was the pool was pretty chilly. But over all we all enjoyed our stay immensely and would definetly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely holiday in Albufeira. The apartment is lovely and in a great location, near enough to the Old Town but yet far enough away to be quiet. The apartment has everything you will need and more and is clean and spacious. The views from the balcony are amazing and I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Excellent apartment well equipped with nice view.

It's a nice and clean apartment. The apartment is nicely located. The supermarket and city are a ten minute walk from the apartment. There are a lot of hills so you have to be a good walker. In the apartment building close by there is a gym you can use. There is an outdoor pool in the building the apartment is at. Susan answers emails quick and helps where needed.

Lovely apartment, Door entry system easy to use, apartment was lovely, very spacious with beautiful view on the balcony. Very clean, modern with really comfy beds. Local supermarket just a couple of minutes away Would recommend and stay here again, Only one down side was the pool, Not once was the pool area cleaned whilst we were there and It does not get any sun on It.The Boa Vista Hotel opposite does not let you use their Pool even though the Apartment Info says you can. Nice walk to beach down the hill & via the cliff lift (good short cut from Town too).

Stayed in this apartment with my husband and two kids. Apartment was perfect had everything in it including beach towels and buckets and spades. Apartment is a ten minute walk away from the old town. Good supermarket about two minutes away. Very safe and secure you need a code to enter the hallway. Would gladly return if I was going back.

I stayed in Boa Vista apartment recently with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment was lovely, it was clean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the view. There was no bad points, its in a great location as not too far from the beach or the supermarket. We would definitely go back! Thank you.

It was great. Good clear directions to find it, the manager and owner were good with communication throughout. The apartment was spacious and modern. It had a lovely view. The pool area was modest but the pool itself was a nice size and there was just about enough beds (a couple of older ones could be replaced, but no big problem). Me, my boyfriend and mum all had a really lovely time staying here and would consider it again. Thanks.
